Over 21,000 Jamaicans vaccinated in One Day
Minister of Health and Wellness, Dr. the Hon. Christopher Tufton (left), and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade, Senator the Hon. Kamina Johnson Smith (centre), receive the 115,200 doses of the Johnson and Johnson COVID-19 vaccines, acquired through the African Medical Supplies Platform (AMSP), from United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) Resident Representative in Jamaica, Mariko Kagoshima. The presentation was made at the National Health Fund in Kingston, on Monday (August 23). The vaccines were dispatched through UNICEF.
