Andrew Holness (third right), symbolically breaks ground for the construction of the approximately $127-million Olympic Way Cultural Community Centre at 119B Olympic Way, St. Andrew West Central, during the site handover and official groundbreaking ceremony on Wednesday (December 4). He is joined by (from left) Deputy Mayor of Kingston, Senator Councillor, Delroy Williams; Executive Director, Jamaica National Heritage Trust, Leslie Harrow; Culture, Health, Arts, Sports and Education (CHASE) Fund Chairman, Omar Frith; Chief Executive Officer, Wilford “Billy” Heaven, and Director, Nicole McLaren Campbell.
