Minister of Education, Youth and Information, Hon. Fayval Williams (left), presents scholarship recipient, Mark Brown (second left) with his award. Mr. Brown is one of two recipients of scholarships awarded by Massy United Insurance to students pursuing studies in actuarial science at the University of the West Indies (UWI).
