Sir Patrick Allen, speaking during a brief ceremony at King’s House on October 4 for the reading of the Proclamation for World Mental Health Day, which is observed annually on October 10. The Day’s commemoration is aimed at heightening awareness of mental health issues globally, and mobilising support to addressing these.
