Occasion was the golden jubilee commemorative ceremony on July 4 at the Chaguaramas Convention Centre in Trinidad and Tobago. The ceremony formed part of activities for the 45th Regular Meeting of the Heads of Government of the Caribbean Community (CARICOM), being held in Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago. The meeting, which commenced on July 3, will end on July 5.
