Six Housing Units Handed Over in Clarendon And St. Catherine Under NSHP
Secretary for Settlements, Public Utilities and Rural Development in the Tobago House of Assembly, Ian Pollard, looks at a ‘before and after’ display showing the transformation of the living conditions of a recipient under the New Social Housing Programme (NSHP). Occasion was the handover of the two-bedroom unit in Kellits, Clarendon, on Thursday (November 10). Mr. Pollard leads a team from Trinidad, which is observing the programme with a view to adopting the initiative.
