State Minister in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade, Senator the Hon. Juliet Cuthbert-Flynn. The Consulate has donated 156,000 gowns, valued at $27.8 million. The handover took place on Tuesday (March 1) at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade, downtown Kingston.
