Campbell (centre), during the Concert in a Garden and the launch of the National Poppy Appeal Drive at Curphey Place in Swallowfield, St. Andrew, recently. At right is Lance Corporal S. Samuels. The Concert in a Garden is aimed at raising funds to administer to ex-military personnel who are living at the Curphey Home in Manchester. This event also marks the beginning of the Poppy Appeal, which covers the period from the first Sunday in October through to November 11. Poppies are worn in commemoration of members of the armed forces who died in the line of duty.
