JCF Using Social Programmes To Reach Youths in the West
Jamaica Customs Agency (JCA) Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Commissioner of Customs, Velma Ricketts Walker (right), and Deputy CEO, Border Protection, Alwyn Nicely (second right), examine kits and equipment donated to the JCA by the British Government through United Kingdom (UK) Border Force International. The provisions were handed over during a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signing ceremony at the JCA on Tuesday (March 29) for a $22 million grant from the British Government that will aid in significantly bolstering the JCA’s border protection capability.
