Economy to Return to Pre-COVID-19 Output Levels by 2023

The Ministry of Finance and the Public Service hosted its inaugural Customer Service Awards Luncheon at The Jamaica Pegasus hotel, on October 6. The Ministry has partnered with the HEART/NSTA Trust in a two-year agreement to upskill and certify customer-facing staff in Customer Service Levels 1, 2 or 3. During the ceremony, the Ministry recognised 39 staff members who achieved their certification or are due to be certified by November 2022.
