Sports Minister Congratulates Foster-Hylton

Minister of Youth, Sports and Culture, Hon. Olivia Grange, says 100-metre Hurdles Champion, Brigitte Foster-Hylton, is very deserving of the gold medal she won at the World Games, in Berlin, today (August 19).
She said her performance showed perseverance and determination, and congratulated her on making Jamaica proud.

The Minister also had praises for Bronze medallist in the same event, Delloreen Ennis-London, and yesterday’s (August 18), 400 metres Silver medallist, Shericka Williams.
Minister Grange said the tournament was shaping up to be one of Jamaica’s best yet and called on all Jamaicans across the world to keep supporting the team as the games move into the second phase.
