Those of us who can recall the 1998 Reggae Boyz ‘Road to France’ football campaign would remember the entire country coming out in support of underdogs Jamaica for their World Cup debut. The PAH! Deaf Dance Company has a similar mission to accomplish: their hopes for Jamaica’s entry onto the world stage at the World Championships of the Performing Arts in California, just as lofty!
Stephanie McIntyre, Founder and Director for PAH! Deaf Dance Company has been sharing their journey, fueled by passion in support of the island’s deaf community. She’s hoping to rally the masses in getting our dancers to move to the beat right into the history books!
