Minister of Education and Youth, Hon. Fayval Williams (left), presents a scholarship certificate to College of Agriculture, Science and Education (CASE) student, Ashli-Ann Graham, during the institution’s Founders’ Weekend Celebration on Saturday (January 28). Minister Williams was the keynote speaker at the event, which was held at the institution’s campus in Portland under the theme: ‘Celebrating our Legacy, Creating Visions of Excellence’.
