Prime Minister Portia Simpson Miller addresses members of the Congressional Black Caucus (CBC) in the US House of Representatives and other senior member of the United States Congress, as well as officials of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and the US Department of State at the Capitol Building in Washington D.C .on Monday (January 26).
