The competition formed part of the agency’s western arm, Western Parks and Market’s solid waste reduction pilot project in the community. Mr. Burnett walked away with a tank, a weekend for two at Grand Palladium Resort, a deep freezer, chickens, chicken feed, farm tools and a gift basket.
