The Government imposed a 14-day quarantine in the community following a recent increase in coronavirus (COVID-19) cases. A public health team is in the area conducting contact tracing, sampling of persons and public education. The quarantine became effective at 6:00 am on Thursday (August 6) and will run until 6:00 a.m. on Thursday (August 20). The Church Corner community in St. Thomas was also placed under a 14-day quarantine on August 6.
