Minister of Culture, Gender, Entertainment and Sport, Hon. Olivia Grange (centre), leads members of the diplomatic corps on a tour of the downtown Kingston Artwalk district. At left, State Minister in the Ministry. Hon. Alando Terrelonge, points out murals of Reggae music icons that are painted on the walls of buildings.  The tour of the area, which took place on Wednesday, (March 1), was part of activities for Diplomatic Week from February 27 to March 3.
