Prime Minister, the Most Hon. Andrew Holness, signs a Condolence Book that was opened in memory of late former Prime Minister of Barbados, Owen Arthur, at the University of the West Indies (UWI) Regional Headquarters, Mona, St. Andrew, on Wednesday (August 12). Mr. Arthur died at Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Barbados on July 27. He was 70. Mr. Arthur served as Prime Minister between 1994 and 2008.
