Jamaica Social Investment Fund (JSIF) Managing Director, Omar Sweeney (centre), signs a contract for implementation of the $18-million Behaviour Modification Initiative/Community-based Behaviour Change Programme, at the agency’s head office in New Kingston on Tuesday (September 18).
