While it may not be ideal news, Director of Cyber Investigation and Risk Management at MOCA, Special Agent Patrick Linton says cyber investigations can take anywhere from weeks to years to complete, depending on factors such as the complexity of the case, nature and quality of the evidence, and the resources available.
