On Wednesday, May 20, the Cabinet Office will reveal the names of State agencies which the public says gave them best service between 2008 and 2009.
The competition, hosted by the Public Sector Modernisation Unit (PSMP) of the Cabinet Office is based on customer surveys, telephone testimonials and direct voting on the JIS website. It is a demonstration of Government’s commitment to the vision of a public sector that puts the customer first.
Prime Minister the Hon. Bruce Golding will be the guest speaker at the presentation function to be held at the Hilton Hotel starting at 11:00 a.m.
In 2006, National Housing Trust copped the Best Customer Service Agency (multiple locations) and the Administrator General’s Department (single location).
