Every year on March 8 the world pauses to celebrate the social, economic, cultural, and political achievements of women. I want to introduce you to one such woman, her name is Superintendent of Police Rochelle McGibbon-Scott. She is one of many women making a positive impact on the lives of Jamaicans through her work as a police officer. Her journey to the Jamaica Constabulary Force (JCF) started with a positive encounter with a police officer in her community of Maxfield Avenue in Kingston.
