Close to 200 million dollars is to be spent over the next 18 months to install 14 new elevators at hospitals in the South East Regional Health Authority (SERHA). The Victoria Jubilee and Kingston Public Hospitals are to receive 4 new elevators each, with one already commissioned at each hospital. One of two new elevators is also up and running at the Spanish town hospital, while the Bustamante Hospital for Children and Princess Margaret Hospital are to each get an elevator.
