Young people in St. Thomas, gather in a safe space, once per month, where they speak openly, they are heard and they are empowered.
Police Youth Club Movement Coordinator for the St. Thomas Division, Constable Roger Douglas, who is also a member of the Community Safety and Security Unit, is spearheading a youth outreach and engagement initiative, where the voices of the next generation are amplified and empowered through a podcast, called Next Gen Talk.
