Fifty students, ranging from early-childhood to tertiary levels, were left beaming with joy after being gifted back to school supplies during a special ceremony at the Dover Seventh-day Adventist Church on Saturday September 2. Held under the theme ‘Education for Eternity… Expanding Your Horizon’, the event sought to rekindle the students’ interest in education ahead of the 2023/24 school year. Former Principal of the Spanish Town Primary School, Marva Guest, who spoke at the event, highlighted for the students that education is a lifelong pursuit that will help them continuously as they go through life.
