The Passport, Immigration and Citizenship Agency (PICA) is transforming its operations from best-in-class to world-class. Among the latest projects is the development of a new digital citizenship system, which will benefit members of the Jamaican diaspora and the pursuit of ISO 27001 certification - the international standard for information security.
