Imagine the sights and sounds of Christmas – carols being sung, pepper lights, red and green decorations everywhere. Now add to that the sound of children playing, laughing and having a good time. This was the scene at the Office of the Prime Minister in St Andrew recently, where scores of children were feted. The occasion, the Prime Minister’s Annual Christmas Children’s Treat.
