Managing Post Vacation Fatigue

Feature | January 21, 2020
When the champagne stops flowing, the Christmas decorations are packed away and the reality of work, school and responsibilities start creeping back in, that’s when it gets ready to strike. It can feel like a cloud of gloom that just won’t go away, a feeling of uneasiness or unhappiness that you just can’t shake, and you can’t explain why. It’s called post vacation fatigue or post vacation blues or depression and it normally manifests itself as tiredness, confusion, an inability to make simple decisions or complete routine tasks or even a lasting sense of sadness. Listen to this feature to find out how to handle this condition.
