Jamaica continues to record a significant decline in major crimes, but law enforcement officers are raising concerns over a troubling increase in domestic and interpersonal conflicts that could threaten the gains made in the fight against crime.
That is why Justices of the Peace, JPs are again being urged, to help resolve disputes before they escalate.
