It’s some 7 days since the agonizing winds and treacherous rains of the category 5 hurricane Melissa desiccated sections of Jamaica, leaving behind a trail of downed powerlines and broken-down buildings and structures.  Among those affected is the St. Elizabeth Technical High School, STETHS.
