Nestled in the Eastern Parish of Portland is Birnamwood Primary where students and staff are reminded daily that “It can be done”. What can be done? Attaining academic excellence….as they did in this year’s Primary Exit Profile (PEP) examinations achieving overall proficiency of 80%.
