Nearly a decade ago, the Government, through the Housing Agency of Jamaica (HAJ) entered into a joint venture agreement for the construction of homes in Bernard Lodge St Catherine. Now in 2019 the HAJ is revisiting the project which will now become one of the largest housing development in St. Catherine since the construction of Greater Portmore in 1992.
