Residents of St. Elizabeth have joined others in neighbouring parishes Manchester and Clarendon in benefitting from the Government’s Water Shop Initiative. The project involves the installation of water tanks in communities with severe water challenges. The tanks are then regularly serviced by water trucks and maintained by the municipal corporations in partnership with residents. Two new facilities were commissioned in Top Hill and Retirement District in Malvern.
