You can hear the excitement in Patsy Wilson’s voice as she welcomes the opening of the new homeless shelter in Falmouth, Trelawny.
The shelter is a far cry from the sleeping conditions she has grown accustomed to. Her bed, in recent years has been a chair at the waiting area of the Falmouth Public General Hospital. Ms. Patsy is homeless.
