Ahead of assuming his chairmanship of CARICOM Prime Minister Dr. Andrew Holness highlighted that emphasis will be placed on youth as the architects of the future lauding the CARICOM Youth Ambassadors Programme as a vital platform for their collective voices and encouraged them to be active co-creators of the Region’s progress. CARICOM Youth Ambassador Mr. Odane Brooks is hopeful that this CARICOM Heads of Government conference will have key issues impacting the region’s youth on the agenda.
