Career Talk – MOEY/British Council STEAM Education Teacher Training Pt.2

The British Council’s STEAM in Education Programme lead teacher workshop broadened participating teachers’ understanding of what integrating STEAM into the classroom means, moving beyond technology to fostering the mindset of the next generation of thinkers, thought leaders, and problem-solvers.

Through its £1.7-million STEAM in Education Programme, the British Council, in partnership with the Ministry of Education, Youth, Skills and Information, is equipping teachers with the skills and methodologies to better prepare young people for future careers in Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics.

As the world of work evolves, critical thinking, problem-solving, collaboration and creativity are becoming increasingly important. Through its £1.7-million STEAM in Education Programme, the British Council in partnership with the Ministry of Education, is equipping teachers with these skills to help them better prepare young people for future careers.
