Lucea’s 2021 Youth Mayor, Timothy Kent (left), is symbolically installed into office by Chairman of the Hanover Municipal Corporation (HMC), and Mayor of Lucea, Councillor Sheridan Samuels. The robing and awards presentation ceremony for this year’s competition took place during the recent monthly meeting of the HMC.
