Prime Minister the Most Hon. Andrew Holness signs the condolence book for former Trinidad and Tobago's (T&T) Prime Minister, Patrick Augustus Mervyn Manning. This took place at the Trinidad and Tobago’s High Commission in Kingston on Sunday, July 3. Mr. Manning died on Friday, July 1. He was 69.
