Education and Youth Minister, Hon. Fayval Williams, gives a tribute at the funeral for Retired Educator, Rev. Dr. Millicent McLean, at the Portmore Holiness Christian Church in St. Catherine on Thursday (December 5). Dr. McLean gave many years of dedicated service to the education sector, teaching at the Penwood High School, Greater Portmore Primary School, Tydixon All-Age School and White Marl Junior High School. She was awarded the Jamaica Teachers’ Associations’ Golden Torch Award in 2012.
