She is being assisted by Project Director for the Secretariat for Commemorative Activities in the Ministry of the Culture, Gender, Entertainment and Sport, Lenford Salmon. The tree-planting exercise was part of activities on day one of the 26th Meeting of the Caribbean Community’s Council for Foreign and Community Relations (COFCOR), which is being held in Kingston. Looking on are Ministers from across the region who are attending the three-day meeting.
