Minister without Portfolio in the Ministry of Economic Growth and Job Creation, Senator the Hon. Matthew Samuda, addresses the closing ceremony for the Improved Forest Management and Livelihoods for a Better Jamaica project on Friday (November 17) at the Forestry Department’s Constant Spring Road headquarters. The project aimed to promote the participation of civil society in the forestry sector, notably in forestry management and conservation.
