Culture, Gender, Entertainment and Sport Minister, Hon. Olivia Grange (centre); Opposition Leader, the Most Hon. Portia Simpson Miller (right); and Kingston’s Deputy Mayor, Councillor Winston Ennis, view the 1907 Earthquake Monument at Bumper Hall in south west St. Andrew, during a 110th anniversary commemorative ceremony at the site on January 13. The function was organised by the Office of Disaster Preparedness and Emergency Management (ODPEM). Mrs. Simpson Miller is Member of Parliament for the area.
