Minister of Education, Youth and Information, Senator the Hon. Ruel Reid (left), is greeted by Commissioner/Chief Executive Officer, Jamaica Tertiary Education Commission (J-TEC), Maxine Henry-Wilson, when he arrived at The Knutsford Court Hotel in St. Andrew on Wednesday (February 15) to attend the launching ceremony for the National Qualification Framework of Jamaica (NQF-J).   The NQF-J is a new national policy for regulated qualifications in Jamaica’s education and training system.
