Minister of State in the Ministry of National Security and Peace, Hon. Juliet Cuthbert-Flynn (centre), in discussion with Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Management Institute for National Development (MIND), Dr. Ruby Brown, and CEO, Passport, Immigration and Citizenship Agency (PICA), Garth Williams, during Thursday’s (March 12) memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signing ceremony to formalise a partnership between the entities for the development of customised training programmes and structured learning pathways for PICA’s staff. The ceremony took place at the Ministry’s New Kingston offices.
