Time with the PM: Prime Minister Portia Simpson Miller raps with Global Youth Ambassador for the Caribbean and Latin America Shaquille Ramsay Wednesday (February 17), during a courtesy call at the Office of the Prime Minister, 1 Devon Road.  Mr. Ramsay was accompanied by a delegation of youth ambassadors as well as representatives of the Ministry of Youth and Culture.   The Global Youth Ambassador discussed with the Prime Minister matters concerning his mandate and the Global Volunteer Network which appointed him. Mrs. Simpson Miller congratulated him on being the first Jamaican to be appointed to the position and expressed confidence that he will do well.
