Prime Minister, Dr. the Most Hon. Andrew Holness, operates an excavator during the ceremony to break ground for the $2.4-billion Naggo Head to Braeton Road Project in Portmore, St. Catherine, on Wednesday (June 25). He is assisted by excavator operator with project contractors S&G Road Surfacing Materials Limited, Giovanni Chatterpaul. The four-lane expansion is being implemented under the Government’s Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) Programme.
