Spanish Ambassador and Spanish-Jamaican Foundation (SJF) President, His Excellency Anibal Abascal Jimenez (centre); presents a scholarship cheque for $1 million to Chairman of the Modern Languages Board of Studies, Teachers Colleges of Jamaica, Aracelis Anedu (2nd right), during a ceremony on Thursday (November 20),  at  Sam Sharpe Teachers’ College in Granville, St. James.
