Cave Hill Students Examine Local Implementation of CSME

Minister of Education, Youth and Information, Senator the Hon. Ruel Reid (2nd right), affixes his signature to a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), which will facilitate the creation and delivery of a leadership development programme for middle-level leaders in the public service. Also signing (from 2nd left), are: Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Management Institute for National Development (MIND), Ruby Brown; and Permanent Secretary in the Ministry, Dr. Maurice Smith.
