Ambassador of Japan to Jamaica, His Excellency Masanori Nakano (front, second left ) and Executive Director of the Caribbean Maritime Institute (CMI), Dr. Fritz Pinnock (left) sign the agreement for a donation of $9.6 million to acquire three refurbished fire trucks and an ambulance.
