Parents Urged To Get Children Immunised

Urban Development  Corporation (UDC) Community Integration Manager, Lisa Golding (right), hands over the key for the new garbage compactor to Mayor of Falmouth, Councillor Garth Wilkinson (left) and National Solid Waste Management Authority (NSWMA) Regional Manager, Eiffert Daley, on Friday, January 30 in Water Square, Falmouth.  The compactor, which is valued at $20 Million, is part of the UDC’s  Falmouth infrastructure development and beautification project.

Colin Fagan (centre), speaking at the launching ceremony for the Kingston and St. Andrew Corporation (KSAC) Enterprise Assistance Programme on February 2. The launch was held at the Council’s offices in downtown Kingston. Others are (from left): Deputy Mayor of Kingston, Councillor Andrew Swaby, and Chief Executive Officer, Mint Management and Katalyxt Business Development, Winsome Minott. The initiative, which is aimed at facilitating economic development within the Municipality, includes three components: financial assistance; training and development; and mentoring/technical support.
